Whilst I do keep a small stock of most of the items, (especially chutneys to allow for maturing time, and the Award winners, to keep up with demand) I am always running out of one item or another. I prefer to make preserves freshly to order for commercial customers to ensure a good shelf life. So be prepared for a small wait if I need to make up items for you.
