It is difficult to pin down the Jam Today product range as it is changing all the time. I do have a number of fairly constant products which appear every year, but many of the preserves, including most of the chutneys, are made with ingredients that come to hand, or following a suggestion by a customer, or a whim of my own. It is a good idea to treat the list that follows as a basis for discussion, rather than as a hard and fast product sheet. If I do not have the particular item you ask for in stock I will normally be able to suggest an alternative.
